Overview
As a partner in the Netley Millwork 2024 Expansion Geothermal Project, Nexus Energy Products is proud to fully support this groundbreaking initiative. From the early planning stages, we worked closely with Netley Millwork to design a geothermal solution that aligns with their expansion goals. Our team has collaborated extensively to overcome technical challenges, optimize energy efficiency, and prepare for a seamless installation process.
This innovative system features three 30-ton Hydron Module heat pumps, operating within a well-to-well configuration. The system runs through a brazed plate heat exchanger, which then connects to a secondary loop on the source side. This setup provides both heating and cooling for the entire shop, ensuring optimal climate control. Additionally, there are specific floor heat zones and an air handler for different heating and cooling zones throughout the facility.
This project not only underscores Netley Millwork’s leadership in adopting sustainable practices and reducing their carbon footprint but also highlights the importance of strong partnerships in achieving ambitious energy goals. We are thrilled to have played a central role in shaping this venture and look forward to seeing the transformative impact it will have on the manufacturing industry.
